Infused Water

Ever since I can remember, I have had a hard time drinking water. I wake up with the intention to ditch the sodas and juices for water and fail about midway through the day because I’m just not a fan of the taste.
However….
I FINALLY FOUND A SOLUTION!
Infusing fruit and herbs into your water gives it a sweet taste that is yummy and healthy! Below you will find the 5 flavor combinations I tried this week.

Ingredients:

#1: Strawberry Kiwi

Doesn’t this flavor remind you of your childhood? It was one of the first flavor combinations I knew I had to try!

#2: Raspberry Lemon

A healthy spin on raspberry lemonade that is both tasty and refreshing.

#3: Mint Plum

Mint is definitely my favorite herb to flavor water with. Add some plum for a slightly sweet aftertaste.

#4 Guava Kiwi

I combined these flavors on a whim and they turned out to be a great pair. The sweet kiwi really compliments the guava flavor.

#5: Pineapple Coconut

This tropical flavor combination is to die for! (Warning: Drinking pineapple coconut infused water may induce daydreaming of sitting on a beach and soaking up sun while gazing over clear ocean water.)
