Step 1 – Add the water (it must be warm!), yeast and sugar to your bread machine. Wait 10 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
Step 2 – Add the flour, vegetable oil, applesauce, salt and 1 tbsp. of seeds. Set your machine to the desired crust type (I prefer a light crust.)
Step 3 – After dough is done mixing (when your machine is taking a break for the dough to rise) carefully sprinkle the remaining seeds on top of the dough.
Step 4 – Take the bread out of the machine immediately when it is done cooking, so as to halt the cooking process.
Here is a picture of how the inside of the bread turns out. It is super moist and slightly sweet thanks to the applesauce. Yum!
